We purchase our printers through Imaging Spectrum and suggest contacting their tech support team for help with your printer if your issue is not resolved after reviewing our trouble-shooting tips on our support page below. Please then share your issue and resolution with us so we can add here.

***IMPORTANT***
Do not move your photo booth with media inside the printer. It can damage the printer internally and can result in paper jams and ribbon tearing. Remove the media and store it somewhere secure inside the booth. This is standard with all dye-sub printers.

Fixing a Paper Jam or Ribbon Tear
Proper way to load 4x6 paper Photos aren't printing/Printer is not offline (or not connected)
Photo Strips are NOT being automatically cut into strips by the Printer This is a printer setting: Start Menu> "Printers & Devices"> right-click on the HiTi printer> Preferences> Under the Paper tab, there should be an option to change to 6x4 Split (2-2x6). DSLR Remote ProCamera Not Connected
Videos are choppy/lagging
Images are too dark/too light, brightness varies
-Type in Flicks into the Start Bar Search -Select "Turn flicks on and off" -De-select the top check-mark box. |
Social BoothWebcam volume is low
Windows Start Menu> search for Devices & Printers> right-click on the Logitech webcam> Sound Settings> Recording> double-click the HD webcam> Levels Images are dark
